INDIANAPOLIS — Ohio Governor and Republican presidential candidate John Kasich will be in Indiana Tuesday.
Campaign consultant, Pete Seat, could not immediately share details about the visit.
Kasich’s campaign also announced the leadership team for Indiana Wednesday. The state campaign will be co-chaired by Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke, Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard, state Rep. Mike Karickhoff and Melissa Proffitt, a managing partner at the Indianapolis law firm Ice Miller.
“We have a solid team in Indiana,” said Kasich in a statement. “I appreciate all their work to share my positive and solutions-driven message across the Hoosier State. Thanks to the support of commonsense conservative leaders like them, I am the only candidate who can win against Hillary Clinton in the fall.”
